This graduate from the California Culinary Academy has been preparing innovative and satisfying cuisine in Sacramento for the past twenty-five years.
Since 2008, Russell has served as Executive Chef for the popular and historic Fat’s Family Restaurants in the Sacramento area. Prior to that, he was Executive Chef at Dragonfly Restaurant. In 2007, he was one of the chef competitors in the SushiMasters Sacramento Regional Competition.
Past experience also includes owning several restaurants and valuable work with Nestle USA, to help promote and demonstrate Nestle’s food service division. Russell credits a lot of his success to the influence of his good friend and mentor, Roberto Gerometta, Grand Master Chef for Nestle USA.
