Festive Rice Krispie Treats

White chocolate lovers will be delighted with this holiday version of a traditional Rice Krispie treat. The delicious combination of Rice Krispies cereal, white chocolate, dried cranberries and chopped pecans serves up a yummy treat just in time for the holidays!
Ingredients
5 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
5 cups mini marshmallows
5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans
1 Ghirardelli White Chocolate Bar
Directions
Generously butter a 13X9X2 inch glass baking dish.
In a non-stick pan, melt butter, stir in vanilla, chocolate and marshmallows and continue stirring until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.
Stir in cereal, cranberries and pecans. Press mixture into prepared baking dish and using a handheld grater, grate the white chocolate bar over the mixture. Allow mixture to set.
Cut into bars and serve. Makes 30 bars.
